Are you a busy, stay-at-home or working mom who wishes to get her body back but doesn't have time to go to the gym? Or maybe you do have time but just need motivation and to feel part of an amazing group of women who lift each other up? That's exactly how I felt five years ago when a friend asked me to join her challenge group. It was the best decision I made for myself and for my family. Working out at home has allowed me to get in amazing shape, without leaving the comfort of my own home while helping other women live healthier and happier lives.
Exercise has helped me gain more energy, reduce stress and calm my body, mind, and spirit. Developing a healthy lifestyle is hard. But, if there is one thing I have learned is that it's so much easier with a support system! I help you find the fitness program that fits your lifestlye, develop a meal plan that is easy and family friendly, and provide the guidance, motivation and support you need to achieve your goals.
